Great my stay at Innes Street Apartments customer service helped me receive a new key when I asked for assistance. The breakfast and food stuff in general was ideal. Every one of the staff members I contacted were very pleasant.

Stayed for two days with my spouse. Beds were being cozy and the room was normally clean up. The staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Inverness you should book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. And a great atmosphere!

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff in the reception were there at any time. The beds had been comfy and the other guests have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely awesome hotel and excellent area. I Certainly suggest this hotel!
