This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Extremely great hotel and wonderful location. Undoubtedly endorse this place!

Really great and perfectly clean place. The location is great, just what we required. Beds were really comfy. There wasn’t much about the social environment but it´s good for a complete night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will probably book again for my up coming visit to Pinzolo.

Fantastic location, every little thing is very near. Staff are super friendly and helpful and talk fantastic English. There are activities just about every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s very small. Good value for the money!
