The staff is a ten, very attentive and pleasant. The food stuff, the amenities, every thing was Great. We spent a great stay and the evening meal was delicious. We loved Macy’S Hotel. We’re going to come again.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were there at every time. The beds ended up comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it. I have stayed for 7 days with my spouse. Beds ended up big enough and the room was normally clean up. The employees were being extremely helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
