Assuming that you are travelling to Edinburgh you have to book at Edinburgh City Lets. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. And a great atmosphere!

Extremely great and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, just what we wanted. Beds ended up very cozy. There wasn’t much of the social atmosphere but it really is very good for a full night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will most likely reserve once again for my upcoming come to Edinburgh.
